I have always struggled with my weight. Like you, I have been on 100 diets. To be honest, I can't remember a time when I was not on a "diet". I always failed. My mentality and motivation was not enough to defeat this battle against myself.

December 31, 2012, I was fed up. I cried about it. I prayed about it. I told myself that I would lose the weight! I envisioned a better me. I took the before shots and created my Instagram "DivaReadyToWork". I told everyone about my journey. I needed someone to keep me accountable.

I threw out my sweets, my white carbs, my sodas, everything that held me back! I went shopping and purchased healthier choices. I started counting calories (my meal plan is available in products) I also forced myself to workout after class. And that's when my life changed!

If I wanted something, I had it in moderation. I had bad days. Days where I would eat up everything in sight....BUT I kept going. I got right back on track the next day. 

With my new mentality and support from people, I have lost 53 pounds! I never want to see the number 228 again.

I did it and so can you. It's going to be hard but you have to wake up, pray, and think positive! If God has done it for me, he will do it for you.
